GHEELICIOUS KALE CHIPS

Kale Chips with Gheelicious Classic Ghee
2 Tbsp Gheelicious Classic Ghee
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Kale Chips with Gheelicious Garlic Ghee
2 Tbsp Gheelicious Garlic Ghee (made with local BC garlic, lemon pepper & black salt)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Kale Chips with Gheelicious Chai Ghee
2 Tbsp Gheelicious Chai Ghee (made with Mom’s chai masala blend & organic dark molasses)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
Tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces, removing stems.
In a small saucepan, melt the ghee over low heat.
Mix melted ghee with all ingredients except the kale.
In a large bowl, massage the mixture into the kale leaves until well-coated.
Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the edges are crisp but not burnt.
