POPCORN & ROASTED NUTS

Ghee-Infused Holiday Popcorn
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
2 tbsp Gheelicious Ghee (Classic, Garlic, or Chai)
Optional toppings for each flavor:
Classic Ghee: 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp sea salt
Garlic Ghee: 1 tsp dried parsley and 1/4 tsp black pepper
Chai Ghee: 1 tsp cinnamon sugar and a pinch of ground cloves
Instructions:
Heat Ghee in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels, cover with a lid, and shake occasionally until popping slows.
Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
Sprinkle with your chosen toppings and toss well to coat.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Ghee Roasted Nuts
2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts)
2 tbsp Gheelicious Ghee (Classic, Garlic, or Chai)
Optional flavorings for each variety:
o Classic Ghee: 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp sugar
o Garlic Ghee: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lime zest and 1/4 tsp chili flakes
o Chai Ghee: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1 tbsp brown sugar (or honey or maple syrup)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Toss nuts with Ghee and chosen seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring once.
Let cool before serving or packaging as gifts.
